F45 Training partners with fitness programs like Renew Active®, One Pass™, Aaptiv, Silver & Fit™, and Active & Fit™ to provide no-cost access to eligible members. Through Welld, members can validate their program fitness benefit ID, granting them access to a set of free classes at their chosen F45 studio. This seamless process helps bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness, ensuring that members can enjoy the benefits of F45’s world-class training without extra cost.

One Pass Program (Effective January 1, 2025)
The One Pass program connects eligible members to F45 Ventura, F45 Camarillo, F45 Thousand Oaks, and Studio Flex45 with seamless access to our fitness services.

How to Get Started:

  1. Obtain your unique One Pass code by logging into your One Pass member website or calling the Customer Service number on your insurance card.
  2. Present your code at our facility to validate your eligibility and tier.
  3. Once confirmed, enjoy access to your selected F45 or Studio Flex45 location at no cost!
